Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what Corter Digital Marketing (“we”, “us”) collects when you use Handle My Objection (the “Service”), where it goes and what you can do about it. Questions: andrewcsmma@gmail.com.
1. The short version
- We never receive or store the audio of your calls.
- The text of a call passes through our server only to write a suggestion, and is not stored, unless you rate a suggestion.
- We do not sell personal information, show ads or use tracking cookies.
2. What we collect
Your account
Your email address and a password. The password is stored in hashed form by our account provider; we cannot read it.
Your profile
What you sell, who you call and your consent question, as you typed them. Saved to your account so they follow you between devices, with a copy in your browser.
Usage
How many listening minutes you have used and bought, and when, so we can apply your allowance.
Ratings
If you tap thumbs up or down on a suggestion, we store that one objection as transcribed, the suggestion, your rating and the time, linked to your account. Nothing is stored for a suggestion you do not rate.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we know your account is paid.
Technical data
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for security and troubleshooting.
3. What happens to a call
- Audio. Audio goes straight from your browser to a speech recognition service: the one built into your browser (Google in Chrome, Microsoft in Edge). The Service listens through your microphone to a call played on speaker. The audio never reaches our server. Those providers handle it under their own terms.
- Text. Each time someone finishes speaking, the last few sentences and your profile are sent through our server to Anthropic, whose AI model writes the suggestion. We do not store this text. It is held in your browser for the length of the call and cleared when the call ends.
- Consent log. The log of when and where you called, which rule applied and how the prospect answered is stored only in your browser. It never contains what was said, and we do not receive it.
The words spoken on a call may include personal information about the person you are calling. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it, including any notice or consent the law requires. See section 3 of the Terms of Service.
4. How we use it
To run the Service: sign you in, write suggestions, count your minutes, take payment and answer support requests. We use ratings to find and fix poor suggestions. We may email you about your account, billing or important changes. We do not use your information for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
Only the companies that provide parts of the Service, and only what each needs:
- Supabase: account sign-in and our database.
- Stripe: payments and billing.
- Anthropic: the AI that writes suggestions from call text and your profile.
- Google or Microsoft: the speech recognition built into your browser.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces on our pages, which means your browser requests them from Google.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or to a buyer if the business is sold, who must keep to this policy.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We set one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is necessary for the Service to work. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser also stores your profile, the consent log and the place you last chose, so the app opens ready to use.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account, profile, usage and ratings while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we delete them within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.
8. Your choices and rights
You can change your profile in the app at any time, and clear the consent log there. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or have your account and its data deleted, email andrewcsmma@gmail.com from the address on the account. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, for example California, the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict processing, or to complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
9. Security
Connections to the Service are encrypted. Passwords are hashed. The database can be reached only by our server, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.
10. Where it is processed
We are based in the United States, and the companies listed above process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you understand your information will be processed there.
11. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and if the change is significant we will email you or post a notice in the app.
